Imagine yourself 10 years ahead and look back on how your success journey has been. What are the things you have achieved?
Are you an organization head or started your own company or, are you the one who left the boring 9-5 job and moved to a small village and living your life in peace by helping children of the village with technology, art or music?
If it is not too hard, I invite you to think deeply What does your 10-20 or maybe 30 years look like?
Now come back to the present...
and observe if the thing that you are doing now will exactly take you that future you just saw.
If the answer is HELL YEA!! Then you found your career goal.
Write or print it in bold letters and see them every day.
This is your north star.
If not, trace the exact place your present will take you and tick mark the milestone where you break off from the present track.
Don’t panic thinking that, you are not doing what you want.
The only clue your current reality could provide is that you need to break off this path one day.
